Note: One wave may include a new enemy from Natlan with 50% Hydro RES.

Two waves featuring Sumeru enemies:

- Jadeplume Terrorshroom (x1): 1,802,521 HP
Note: Winged shrooms have 30%-40% elemental RES to their respective element. Jadeplume Terrorshroom has 80% Dendro RES and 25% elemental RES, but becomes weak to all elements when affected by enough Electro.
Second Half
Two waves of Primal Constructs:
- Primal Construct: Reshaper (x2): 437,755 HP each
- ASIMON (x1): 2,060,024 HP
Note: These enemies can turn invisible, granting high elemental RES. Use quicken reactions or Electro attacks to cancel their invisibility.
Floor 12-3 (Level 100)

- Goldflame Qucusaur Tyrant (x1): 1,525,151 HP

- Perpetual Mechanical Array (x1): 2,218,401 HP
